This table provides a description of the fields that appear in a "full record" view of resources in the NYAM Resource Guide for Public Health Preparedness.
| Field Names | Descriptions |
| Sponsor | Full name of the sponsor responsible for making the resource available. |
| Author | Person or organization responsible for authoring the resource. Left blank when it matchs the sponsor information. |
| Title | Main title of the resource. |
| Subtitle | Subtitle of the resource. |
| URL | The web address for the item. |
| Annotation | Brief description of the resource title provided by the Project Librarian. |
| Abstract | Either points to an existing abstract or provides a structured abstract provide by the Resource Guide Contributor. |
| CDC Focus Area | The CDC Grant Focus Area to which the item most closely relates. |
| Audience | Based on the workforce definitions and competencies developed by Mailman School of Public Health, this identifies the segment of the Public Health Workforce for which the item is most appropriate. |
| Resource Type | The publication type of the resource title. |
| Event Type | Type of disaster event |
| Standard Number Type | Type of standard number that was assigned to the item. |
| Standard Number | The unique number assigned by a vendor or publisher to the item. |
| Subject 1 | Primary subject of the item. |
| Subject 2 | Secondary subject of the item, although it is occassionally used for a second primary subject term. |
| Subject 3 | Tertiary subject of the item. |
| Date Published | Date associated with the availablity of the resource. With websites, the "publication date" mya refer to the last known update or revision to the file. |
